You will be expected to complete online training to help develop your understanding of Education and child development, paired with a Full Time (Paid) position within one of our schools. Our enhanced Safeguarding pathway will help you to understand your role in child protection,how you can spot signs of abuse, how to ensure you are accurately reporting and assess how you can support students in protecting themselves whilst online. This course will teach you about personal and professional conduct in schools, the basics of teaching and learning, how to effectively work with other teachers and how you can go above and beyond to support your students. This course will cover aspects of Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Attachment Disorder, Speech Language and Communication Needs (SLCN), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ADHD and will give you a basic understanding of how you may need to change your approach to reach all of the pupils in your class.
