Job description
Primary School Teacher required for a PPA cover role in a successful primary school in Manchester. This role is suitable for either an experienced teacher or an ECT. This is an ideal opportunity for an ECT to gain experience in a good school, and there is potential for a permanent class teacher role with the school in the future.
The school has lots to offer! It is a well-respected school with a supportive and diverse community. As a large school, there is plenty of scope for teachers to collaborate and share planning. There is a lovely, upbeat atmosphere within the school and the children and staff welcome new teachers warmly to the team.
This is a full-time long-term position starting in September and is required until the end of the academic year. You will be covering PPA across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 so must have experience teaching in both the key stages and have broad curriculum knowledge. You will need to have confident behaviour management skills and be an adaptable teacher who is able to move around year groups and build good relationships with the children. You will need to be able to motivate children in their learning and establish an upbeat and interesting learning environment.

Right to Work in the UK, and UK classroom teaching experience

Pay range £130-£220 depending on experience
