Job description
Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Northampton
Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours

Salary: £80 - £90 Per day
Job Description Job Duties:Required Qualifications:
- Provide support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in the classroom
- Assist the class teacher in implementing individual education plans
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Support students with their academic and personal development
- Collaborate with other staff members and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
Education:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Relevant experience working with children with SEN
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience:
- Minimum of a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Knowledge and Skills:
- Previous experience working in a school setting
- Experience implementing individual education plans
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of different learning styles and needs of students with SEN
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good organisational skills
Working Conditions:
- First Aid certification
- Mental Health First Aid training
- Work primarily in a school setting
- Full-Time hours, Monday to Friday
- Temporary position

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
