EYFS Teaching Assistant | Mickleover, DE3 | £95-£110 a day | Long-term to Perm | Full Time | ASAP.

LTF Recruitment are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join the dedicated support staff team of a fantastic school in Mickleover, where you'll be stationed in their vibrant Reception Class. Bring your expertise and enthusiasm for working with young children to provide invaluable support and exceptional teaching, enriching the educational journey of our pupils.
In this pivotal role, you will serve as a key figure in managing the experiences of both pupils and their parents, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment. Your warm demeanor and ability to build trust and confidence with our families will be paramount.
Main Duties:
- Supervise and actively engage children in a variety of learning and play activities.
- Provide close support to pupils who may encounter challenges within the classroom.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow team members to ensure cohesive support.
- Adapt your support and teaching approach to meet the diverse needs of the children.
Desirable Candidates May:
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of the Early Years curriculum.
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting and engaging children with a spectrum of learning needs.
- Hold relevant training and/or qualifications in working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
