Job Duties:
  • Deliver engaging and interactive primary education lessons in Welsh language
  • Create lesson plans aligned with line with the Welsh curriculum and educational standards
  • Assess students' progress and provide feedback to students and parents
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student learning and development
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities
Required Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Specialisation in Welsh language education
  • Knowledge of the primary education curriculum
  • Cover EYFS-KS2
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Fluency in Welsh language
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Ability to engage and motivate students
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Additional certifications in primary education
  • Experience working with diverse student populations
Working Conditions:
  • Work primarily in a classroom setting
  • Full-time hours, temporary position
  • Interactions with students, parents, and colleagues

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
