The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with a range of SEN needs, including SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health), challenging behaviour, dyslexia, social communication difficulties, ADHD, and ASD. Collaborate with SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) and other professionals to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with specific difficulties.
