We are seeking a dynamic and versatile PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) Teacher with expertise in either Music or Physical Education (PE), who also possesses a strong foundation in core subjects including Maths, English, Guided Reading, and Phonics. Experience, Training and Qualifications of the SEND Specialist Tutor:
Possess UK classroom teaching experience
PECS/Makaton training preferred but not essential
Be creative, patient and willing to think outside of the box
Have experience working with challenging behaviour and disengaged pupils
To be eligible for this role, the potential SEND Specialist Tutor must:
Hold the right to work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child-related references.
